I could've made something better, " my mother said as Colton took a bite of aglio olio, "This was the only thing I could make on such short notice. " "This is perfect, Julie. It has been months since the last time I had Aglio Olio. To be honest, this is by far the best Aglio Olio I ever had, " Colton said with a charming smile that could make any woman's heart race. He looked my way, but I was able to avert my gaze to the food on my plate before our eyes could meet. I quietly ate what was on my place with a million thoughts swimming in my mind. If Colton behaves this nicely with my parents, I wonder how they will react when I announce my breakup soon. I don't think they would accept it in the way that I was hoping for. Just imagining
