“Let me out!” Adler banged on the door to the cell, yelling until he was hoarse for the third day in a row. He stepped back and slumped to the wall, sliding down it with a heavy sigh of resignation. “F*cking b@stard.” He muttered. He only blamed one person. There was only one person to blame…his father. He didn’t blame the elders, even though they had obviously sanctioned his confinement, approved for him to be drugged and restrained, bundled up and flown home…but no, it was all his father’s doing. He was Alpha and in the end his word was final and law. He could have chosen to handle this differently but he chose to do this. Adler looked up as he heard the lock scrape and clunk as it was opened and the steel reinforced door was pulled back to allow an impossibly large man to walk in.
