Liam was already scrubbing outside surgical suite number three when he arrived the next morning to operate. Bond recognized him with a nod as he covered his hair and slipped a mask around his neck. He stood beside him and stepped on the pedal that started the water. When his hands were wet, he hit the pedal that filled his hands with soap and reached for a scrub brush. He glanced at the clock to be sure he scrubbed the required length of time.
