“Hello, I hear this little one has been a little under the weather, is that right?” Debra, one of the pack doctors asks.
“Yes," I nod. "I’m not really sure what’s going on with him. He’s just not been himself lately.”
“How so?”
“Well, his daycare assistant mentioned he’s been sleeping more than usual, and I thought maybe he was just going through a growth spurt, but this last week he has been sleeping even more, and yesterday I noticed he has lost his appetite, and he just seems less happy than usual,” I tell her, hoping she doesn’t think I’m being overprotective.
“Any other symptoms?” She asks as she types on her computer.
“He is looking a little paler than usual, and he felt clammy last night, but nothing major.”
