Niall’s declaration is everything I have wanted him to say, but it’s too late. Why couldn’t he have said this months ago? Before I gave my heart to Joel. Despite Joel breaking it, it still belongs to him. I can’t just stop loving him so easily, and I can’t forgive Niall for everything he has done. That doesn’t mean I won’t use his supposed love to my advantage and to protect the ones I care about.
