When Gabe had mind linked with me, letting me know he had found Guardian Joel and then Freya, I was assaulted by a range of emotions. Relief, that my mate was alive and that I hadn’t imagined her or seen her ghost. Hope, that I have a second chance to put things right with her. Anger, that they had tricked me and put not only me, but everyone else that loved them through the pain of losing them. Joy, that I will see her again and be able to touch her and take in her intoxicating scent that I have missed so much.
