** Freya’s Point of View **
Watching Niall and Neo bond as he feeds him almost brings a tear to my eye. I'm equally happy and sad. Happy that the truth is out, and I have a good feeling about Niall, now I've seen the way he looks at his son, and sad that Joel will no longer be his father. Joel has been a wonderful dad and I don’t want their relationship to change now that Niall is involved.
I leave Neo with Niall and my dad to go with Val for my own blood tests to be done. She explains a little more about how the transfusions will work and how both Neo and I will need them regularly for around 12 months.
When I return to Neo’s room, I find him sleeping in Niall’s arms and my dad is outside in the waiting room talking quietly with Gwen. For a moment, I think everyone else has left, but
