King Julian POV
I sidled closer to Lindsey watching her eyes as they widened further, glancing through the window of the closed door. My heart skipped a beat. There were cages, multiples of them, all laying on the ground, all large enough to house a grizzly bear if it so chose to. It was difficult to make them out, but each cage seemed to possess a supernatural creature or race of some kind. I could sense several shifters but there was a variety in there, no doubt vampires, witches, and who knew what else. There were also several guards walking amongst the cages, keeping a wary eye on their captives.
I shifted back down. "There must be at least five guards in there and they all have guns. I don't think they're tranquilizer ones either" I muttered. Lindsey looked like she was frowning. I
