Xavier's POV
I was not surprised to learn that Grant had disappeared after he saw me on stage. I asked Thomas to look for him and the man was nowhere to be seen. I thought that he was running like a dog with a tail between its legs after he realized that his plan had been an epic failure.
I didn't think that he would take this that far. I didn't think anything of it at first. When we entered the estate and everyone was gone, I thought that they were in a meeting, but when I went into the house and saw blood on the floor, I knew that my son was in danger. My heart dropped when I followed the blood, and it led to my son's bedroom.
AJ was asleep in his bed when I left him. Mrs Jones was also getting ready for bed. I have no doubts about the person behind all of this. I know that Grant did
