Kim and Dr Steven were my couple goals. There are many times I longed to have a piece of what they shared. A relationship with love, a relationship with respect, and mostly, honesty. I guess it is true what they say about appearances. I trusted that man but it looks like he fooled all of us.
When Kim told me that he was sleeping with his PA, I started to doubt everything about love. Kim and her ex have been together for years, since college, and now he is having a baby with a woman he met a few months ago. I didn't understand it at first. I mean the reason why Kim was so upset is that Dr. Steven hired a female assistant.
