Eleanor quietly entered the hours the Brothers had turned in for the payroll. While most worked in various businesses owned by the Club, there were a few that were more freelance and needed to turn in declarations of work hours. These she had to enter in by hand so they would be properly compensated. That was at least one thing her predecessor had done consistently, which was probably why no one caught on to his activities until later. Once she was used to the system, it was rather simple. Bear dozed in his dog bed, only waking when she stood up to retrieve something from her files. Beside him was a water dish and food bowl with his dog food stored in a plastic container. The Rottweiler raised its head and gave a soft woof moments before a knock on the door interrupted her calculations.
