I pushed myself to move and then sit on the chair, James pour water for me and gave it to me. my hands were shaking& my heart is pounding out of my chest..

I take the glass from his hand

" why your hands were shaking" James asked

" No it's not.. I just... got scared" I said

James smiled and said

" you are scared of me why and secondly what are doing here.. and please don't tell me that you are trying to jump from here"

" No.. I'm not scared of you... I mean a little bit.. but I'm not going to jump from here..." I said

he get up from his chair and walks around to my side he stops in front of me and rest his back again this table and asked again

" What are you doing in my office"

" oh f**k I got caught.. sarah was right.. it's a stupid idea.. I should listen to her.. why always crazy idea came up in my mind " I thought in my mind

I clear my throat and said

" what am I doing here..Ahmmm .. I accidentally came into your.. office.. because it's so dark inside I thought it's mia office... she needs her some stuff.. so I was helping her." I said

" lame.. lame.. lame excuse.. I don't think he is buying it .." I thought

James sigh.. and said

" okay.. you can leave now "

" Really.. I mean.. yeah.. yeah.. I can leave.. thank you so much Mr James..& sorry"

I get up from chair and again said sorry to James and turn towards the door

I thought " Thank God for saving me"

I was about to pull the door handle but.. James blocked my way

I was stunned at the point

" Mr James.. do you need anything.." I asked him

he took step closer to me and his eyes were piercing into my soul

" You forget something" he said

I checked everything in my bag but everything thing was in it car keys, phone

... I look up again at James & said

" I don't think I forget something"

" I'm sure you forgot something.. he took a pause for a second... are you not came here for this.. he pointed towards letter in his hand

I was stunned , my legs were trembling again... I can't focus on James face slowly my vision getting blur..

I mumble " James I feel dizzy.. and then I faint..

The next thing I know I was lying on couch and James trying to wake me up..

I open my eyes, James was calling to a doctor.. I mumble... " Mr James.. I'm fine.. you don't need to call a doctor "

he turn towards me and said" are you okay " I nodded and said " yeah I'm okay..

can you help me to get up"

he nodded

he gave me his hand I hold his hand and get up from the couch..

" are you sure you don't need a doctor" he asked me again

I replied

" yeah I'm sure ... and did you read the letter.."

he said" yeah.. and

" I'm sorry...it was my stupid idea.. please don't fired sarah.... it's not her fault.. I forced her to do that.. I should listen her.. sorry.. I always make stupid plans and they never worked" I said in one breath

James paused for a second then said

" oh Soo it was your idea well I might be signed on this but now I changed my mind"

" what! why.. James . Mr James please just signed it" I said

" you were try to make me fool Lara.. and I'll not tolerate this... and yeah you should listen to sarah.. . this is not funny"

he said in a angry tone

" I'm sorry.. Mr James ..I know I made a big mistake... so sorry please forgave me.. I'll do anything but please don't get angry... please don't fired sarah " I said to him

I thought in my mind" what is he thinking... I try to read his face.. but he make a best poker face..

"sit lara he pointed towards the couch I sit as he to me & he sit opposite side of me & said

" I'll sign on this and I'll not fired sarah"

I mumble

I quickly get up from the couch and said I'm an architect not an assistant and I don't know nothing about it.... & believe me I'll messed up everything...

he said " I know you are a brilliant architect that's why I'm giving you an other chance.... if you say no, my company will take an action & your career will end... so think about that before you gave me the answer."

I clear my throat and said

" okay I'll think about it and I should leave now it's getting late"

he nodded and said Lara good night.. he gave me a smirk and I gave him fake smile..

I went outside, sarah was waiting for me

she looks terrified

she asked me, that did Mr James fired her. I told her ,that he doesn't fired her. What happened? sarah asked
