I have always known that my daughter was destined for great things but even I did not see this one coming. I mean she managed to do things that her father and I have only dreamt of. My life is going good right now.
My only regret is that my husband is not here to see it. He is not here to see his dream come true. The restaurant was never my idea and if anything I was against it. I thought that it was huge financial risk and rightfully so.
We were in debt after two years of opening. At some point we went thought of selling out. The kids were in school and we could barely keep the lights on. My husband and I were working like dogs .
Just when we had started to get on our feet, just when things started to get better my husband died. I didn't even think that I could go on. Again
