“I will not let anyone take you away from me,” he whispered into her ears, and she felt the spark in her heart. Her kneels went numb immediately.

Yes, it was the spark. The spark no one else can ever bring to her. Her heart flutters as she felt those sparks in her heart. His finger trailed down her soft skin and her body quivered in sensation.

She knows she isn't supposed to be doing this but she can't help herself. She likes his touch more, she loves his hand on her body, his kisses his soft touch, it doesn't take a long time to work on her body. She wonders what his s*x will be like.

“You shouldn't be doing this” her words trembled out of her mouth.

She knows Kai has never made her feel this way but she believes the reason is that she hasn't been with him for long. The spark will come she assured herself.

With his hand slightly wrapped around her shoulder, she threw her headbackwardly placing it on his shoulder while his hands walked their way around her waist.

“I...I don't want this” she whispered and missed that last word.

“ I know you do” his hand tucking her waist and sending unexpected sensations down her spine, her heart beating fast against her chest as his hand walked down her waist”.

She suddenly flinched and forcefully pulled away from him, the moment it dawned on her that she was going astray.

Tilting her head sideways her heart skipped a beat as her gaze suddenly cut with Kai’s, she felt her breath size for a while, fear gripped her, and his eyes were fixed on her.

Wait! has he been there? she asked nobody in particular. She felt her heart suddenly beating fast.

Rex turned to stare at why Ashley was looking that way and Kair red eyes bore holes into his skin. His heart didn't miss any best. He was used to being looked at that way. And for the first time, he wasn't guilty of his action. He doesn't care what happens from this moment onwards.

He stood there, staring at Ashley and Rex, something doesn't seem clear to him, did she pull out of his grip because she wanted to? or because she felt his presence there?

His heart shattered into pieces as he recalled how she had stayed comfortably in his arms without resisting his touch. Was he not doing enough to her body? Was he not making her feel the spark she makes him feel?

With much pain in his heart, he turned and left the garden angrily.

Ashley's heart shattered into pieces as she watched him walk out of the garden. She stares at Rex and shoots him an angry stare.

She can't deny the fact that she loves this man so much and only he makes her feel the spark, but she also doesn't like seeing Kai sad, it breaks her heart into pieces.

“I will not forgive you if this hurts Kai” she muttered in a whisper, but it was enough for Rex to hear with that she ran out of the garden leaving Rex in pain and completely shattered.

He watched as she left him in the garden and ran into the mansion to be with Kai.

His heart shattered into pieces as those words played in his head.

Was he that less important to her?

He thought she loved him so much, why the sudden change of heart?

Walking into the mansion her heart stiffened in pain she doesn't like the fact that she is cut between two brothers.

Walking closer to their room her heart missed several beats. The expression his face held in the garden played in her head, and her heart tightened in pain.

How will she be able to face him? Will he ever forgive her for what he just saw?

Her hand pulled the door knot and the door opened revealing Kai seated on the bed with his chest broadly open. His head was placed on the pillow. His red blazing eyes were facing the ceiling, they were completely glued to the ceiling.

Ashley fondle her finger as she walked into the room. Kai maintained the direction at which his eyes was glued to, ignoring Ashley.

She moved closer to the bed, her heart was in pain, she doesn't know why she chooses to leave Rex to come and beg Kai but she knows that she hates to see Kai sad.

She sat on the bed, maintaining a great distance from Kai,

“I....I... Am really” she tries to apologize and Kai shot her a hard glare and her mouth closed up instantly.

His red demon eyes bored holes into her skin.

She doesn't like the look his eyes held, he had never been this way toward her.

“I sincerely didn't mean to hurt you please forgive me” she muttered calmly and Kai scoffed dryly

“You think you're hurting me?” he questioned and scoffed angrily

“No Ashley, you're just giving me the chance to think that you are the call girl I met at the club” he muttered a bit disgusted, and Ashley's heart stopped beating for a while.

Wait did those words come from him? Tears welled up in her eyes as those words played simultaneously on her head and tears came rolling down her cheeks. . She couldn't alter a word. Her heart was aching as tho a dagger was thrust into her chest.

She wasn't expecting those words from him. She knew he had addressed her by that name before but she never expected him to call her that again.

After all the confession he had made to her.
