I had got finished work earlier than planned today, my boss was in an excellent mood and let us all go two hours early, not like any of us were complaining about that. I decided to surprise Ezra because I know he will be impatiently waiting for my call about me getting the time off. I text him he couldn’t come by at lunch, part of the deal about us getting off early was to work through lunch. I knew he would be getting anxious, not knowing because I think we all know, he isn’t the most patient man in the world.
