ASTRID'S POV
He bowed in front of everybody, offering me an apology. Murmurs and chattering echoed across the hall. I stared him in the eye before I bowed.
He continued with his speech. And I turned around to leave, and I wanted to go check up on Brie. She passed out after she fainted.
I walked into her room, and she was nowhere to be found. My heart skipped a beat, and I rushed to check the bathroom to see if she was there, but she was nowhere to be found still.
I grabbed her phone off the counter as I ran out to the gardens. Where the heck was she?
"Brie!" I called. She couldn't have gone far on foot, right?
"Brie?!" I called again, and I saw a guard walking my way.
"Have you seen Brie? She was in her room a while ago. I can't find her? Did you see her pass around here,
