Slowly, I lifted my heavy eyelids up, and the first thing that greeted me was the familiar roof of my room. How did I get here? I wondered, trying to sit up when a hand firmly gripped my wrist.
“You should be careful,” Brie's soft voice echoed from the side. I turned in her direction and saw how worried she looked.
“What happened?” I asked, slowly sitting on my butt. She hesitated for a while before speaking. “I should be asking you that,” she asked back, glaring at me. “You almost scared me to death. What happened when I found you unconscious in the corridor?”
