Olivier carried Ollie straight to the nurse’s station and held her up. “She hit her head and she won’t wake up.”
The nurse immediately had the group follow her into a small room in the trauma unit. Another nurse stopped them and said, “someone needs to do her admission.”
Riggs pushed Olivier and Bobbie away, “I got this. Go.”
“Are you family?” the nurse asked him
“Her uncle,” he lied through his teeth.
Bobbie didn’t care what he did. Her little girl was pale, bleeding, though it wasn’t bleeding as much as it had been originally, but she wouldn’t wake up. A doctor pulled her out of Olivier’s arms and then Bobbie and Olivier were pushed backwards as the doctor and three nurses began to quickly examine the small frail looking child.
