We are already packed and ready to go. Gabriel has arranged for his private jet to take us to France as soon as we leave my parents’ house. It is hard to wrap my mind around the fact that I will be flying in a private jet, but I guess there are a lot of things I will need to get used to. I have also resigned with immediate effect. Luckily, my new boss was very understanding. If anything, he would’ve fired me, had I not told him that I was resigning. There is no point working from an entirely different country, and I doubt I will be coming back.
