I had to get out of that office and go for a walk. Being around Damien was upsetting me a little more than being with James did. I couldn’t shake the feeling that maybe he had carefully planned everything that has just happed. There was just no way that James suddenly realized that I was similar to Wyatt after he had been so clueless the last time I saw him at the party.
Damien had to have done something to cause this to happen. I couldn’t come out and accuse him outright but I was certain that he had said something to James that made him realise who I was. It was just a pity that I couldn’t confront James and ask who had given him the heads up and this was probably something that Damien was counting on.
