I decided to give Victoria and her grandmother some space to talk because I figured they had a lot to catch up on, and I didn’t want to be in the way of that family reunion. I still hadn’t decided on what I would do after I was done questioning the old lady, and William had been asking me what the next phase of my plan was. The truth was that I wasn’t sure of it myself.
I was even beginning to question my reason for bringing the old lady here
At this point, it kind of felt like I was investing too much of my time and resources on Victoria and her mysterious wolf. I wasn’t even sure if she could help me get justice for my family or if she agreed with what had been done to my mother.
