I was kicking myself. If only I had used my ability and spoken directly to his wolf when all of this started, then I would have known that it was Marcus and not Jonas in front of us. At least this explained a lot, though. Such as Alpha Drake being able to smell alpha in his blood, and William not being able to pull the memory of the attack on Marcus.
