By the time we make it back to the mansion, I'm ready for a shower and something to eat. I'm still covered in Julian's blood, but I'm much calmer than I was an hour ago. I slide out of the SUV and follow Giovanni inside. We have a few hours before we need to pick up Gia. "Vanessa, what are you doing here," Giovanni asks as his footsteps halt in front of me.
