Lunch was horrible. Not that the time before it was good.
When I walked into the cafeteria I was met with a swamp of people. I dug my hands in my pocket and I looked around biting my inner cheek.
I could see many stares on me. Some were silent stares and some were accompanied with gossips. I have heard they all love gossiping but my god, the interest that shone in their eyes…
Even though I had hearing power greater than the ordinary humans, it was hard for me to hear clearly since there were a lot of noises. But I did hear a few.
"Is she the one who Luan Remus Quarters caught interest in?"
"She looks pretty" "I heard she cried and Laun started panicking"
Yea, many of the comments revolved around that guy, Luan. I guess he is really famous.
