DYLAN'S POV
I was talking to Will regarding Martha when Cai suddenly screamed and jolted up from her seat.
"Aaaahhhhh!!!" Cai screamed, and it scared the s**t out of me. I rushed to her, and it scared me more when I saw her ashen face.
"What happened, Cai?" I asked gently, trying my best not to show her how worried I am because it might frighten her further.
"Ma... Martha. She is... She is alive!" She stammered and started weeping. Her whole body is shaking from fear which I don't understand, and when I look at Martha, she looks dead to me.
I held Cai close to my body to provide her comfort, but she wouldn't stop crying.
"Martha is dead, Cai. Look. She's not breathing, her eyes are shut and..." I took a step near Martha and extended my hand on her neck to c
