The plan is for River to pick Clara up from the edge of the pack. Apparently, she was accompanied by two Spartans who are dropping her off. He'll bring her here to the castle where Matthew and Sage will get a proper introduction. I promised Matthew I wouldn't act rashly or emotionally until he feels comfortable with her.
River has already run several background checks on her. Not that it would do a whole lot. I already know everything about Clara, on and off paper. Sparta ended up agreeing to send her because, in the criteria that Matthew and I created, it said that the Advisor had to have knowledge on herbal development because Matthew is missing a botanist professor at the university. Clara is literally the only person in Sparta who took a class on herbal remedies.
