I was at the training center with Luca and Nikko when Decker showed up.
“Seff!” he yelled out to get my attention. Nikko glanced over his shoulder and then back at me.
“Let’s take a break,” Nikko said before he left the gym.
“Hey,” I greeted Decker as he came toward us. I sat down on a nearby bench while Luca guzzled down a bottle of water.
“Listen…I wanted to let you know…before…well, before you heard it from Marric,”
“What’s up?” I asked as I gratefully accepted a bottle from Luca.
“Gavin and Robin have been banished from the pack,” Decker hurried to inform me, and I spat out the sip of water I had just taken.
“What?!”
