(Zephyr POV)
"So how was the meeting?"
It was clear I was trying to change the topic, but I was also curious about the meeting. Since it was an official council meeting, it was sure that both his parents would be participating.
After what Andrew's mother talked to Jasper and Becky, I was sure she had made some sort of problem in the meeting.
"Nothing much. Just an emergency matter that is to be dealt with" he shrugged, taking it lightly.
I frowned at his answer.
"Really? Nothing about us being mates is mentioned?"
"No. I find it surprising as well. I was so sure we were going to be the topic but it wasn’t."
"Oh... That’s good then."
Andre and I enjoyed our dinner before taking a walk in the garden. I was going to return to my room when he suggested taking a walk.
