*Alexis POV*
I wake up as Lucas tries to gently lift me out of the car. I throw one arm around his neck and rub my eyes with the other hand.
"You are awake?................Welcome home princess"
His voice at a hoarse whisper, but full of love and tenderness. I look out at the pack house. I am finally home. How has it only been 3 months, it feels like an entire lifetime. Kira and Oliver come rushing out to meet us. Kira is a little ball of excitement, her words gong non stop. It makes me wake up properly.
"Relax Kira, I am here and I am not going anywhere"
I tap Lucas on the shoulder and he sets me down on the ground but still keeps a hand on me. Even Oliver seems excited to see me. I feel an amazing sense of belonging, it is hard to describe. How lucky am I?
