As I get out of class Owen is waiting patiently for me, taking over seamlessly from Christian. He takes my arm and we start walking towards his car.
"Where is Christian?"
"I don't know exactly, I heard whispers about a important visitor at green meadows"
"Well is it appropriate for a outsider to be there"
"Are you referring to yourself as an outsider?"
He laughs, nearly to the point of crying. I just raise my eyebrows. It was a legit question. He continues.
"You are more part of our pack than half the people born to the pack"
"But others might not see it that way, what if they judge, won’t it look bad?"
"You care what others think of you?"
"Of course not I just don't want to embarrass Christian or Alex"
"Chances are you won't even see the guest."
