Early the next morning, Luke called Khalie. He's already at the airport for his flight back to Manila.
"I miss you already. See you sometime soon, Luke!" her voice was sad and subdued.
"Take care, sweetie. I'll be boarding now. I miss you more," he's voice unhappy.
"Bye, Luke. Safe flight," Khalie uttered.
Khalie felt sad that Luke would be miles away from her again but it's the reality of the long-distance relationship. Although the constant sadness would not be long if she decided to work in Manila but she would miss her family which made it difficult for her to make a decision.
