They had finished dinner when the helper announced the guard told her they had a visitor.
“Daniel Stevens?” Khalan said when informed that a particular person was at their gate.
“Khalie, do you know him?” Khalan looked at Khalie and queried.
“Oh, yes!" Her eyes lit up, "Nina introduced him to me during the party,” Khalie expressed, a bit surprised. She remembered the guy from her party. It was the first time someone visited her at their home. Her supposed relationship with Luke prevented her from entertaining visitors. She was both surprised and excited to finally receive one.
“So we will let him in?” Aliyah queried confusedly.
“Sure! I’ll freshen up a little, be right back,” Khalie murmured excitedly and rushed to her room.
