It has been 3 years since high school graduation and a lot has happened since then. After graduation Austin, Logan, and I took a road trip to Door County, Wisconsin to go camping. It was something the 3 of us talked about doing since we freshman in high school. It was exactly what I needed before leaving for boot camp. It was great being able to relax with my best friends and drink a few beers without a care in the world. It was like an escape from the reality that I would be leaving for boot camp in a week and both of them would be off to college in less than 3 months.
