It is finally the last day of school before the start of winter break and I can’t be more thankful. It also means that it has been a few weeks since Kaylie and I got into that fight leaving us both in tears. The first couple of days after were hell. She refused to look at me at all in school. She would purposefully avoid our friends’ lockers when I was around them and refused to look at me or talk to me during lunch. Most of the time she would remain silent and just look at her food. However, it got better over time. The next week she would come to their lockets and wouldn’t care if I was there or not. Sometimes she would even make small talk with me in between classes.
