Connor’s POV I stumble back, slamming into a wall of bodies, before turning on my heel, and pushing my way back through the crowd toward the exit. I need to go home, I should never have come here in the first place, let alone get as drunk as I am. Once outside, the world spins, and I barely make it to the curb where a line of cabs are waiting without falling over. I pull open the door of the first one and climb inside, attempting to give the driver my address before pulling out my wallet and showing him my licence. Once the man nods, I lean back, my head resting against the seat. I drag a hand down my face as we pull away, heading toward my apartment as my eyes battle to stay open.
