Zarina’s pov:
I just came back from the bakery because I helped mom there first. I also let him know I was leaving at 4 p.m. but I did not say what my reason was. He didn't ask and he allowed me right away because it's rare for me to go for a walk now.
It's just 2:30 p.m. and I still have quite a long time to prepare. I'm not excited about this date but I just don't want to embarrass Anica with her cousin.
I went into my room and walked straight to the front of my closet. I opened it and stared at my clothes. Hmm. What should I wear? I haven't been able to shop for new ones yet so I'm a bit confused about what I should wear. Anyway, it's just a date! For sure, after today, it won't happen again like the previous men that Anica set up with me.
