I wonder why Rica isn’t here yet when she says she’ll just get a snack. What could have happened to her? Almost an hour and a half she was gone.
"What's wrong Lady Zarina?" Mr. Tyler asked me when he noticed me staring straight at the door. "Are you looking for Mr. Rye?"
"H-Huh? N-no! No! Of course, no!" I was startled and forced to smile at him. "It's just ... I'm just wondering why Rica isn't here yet? Usually, she comes back in less than half an hour."
Mr. Tyler also looked at the door and then closed the thick book he was holding on which he was basing our lecture. "Do you want to find her?"
