Opal couldn't stop thinking about Duke.
The memories of him sweetly doing a firework show for her in the middle of his room still made her smile. She hadn't seen the guard that had tried to attack her, and his "Friends" so he called him, or the other guards she'd given food to, all came to her.
Apologizing, they SWORE on their nuts they would have never approved of him doing such a thing.
It made her smile when the huge men all hugged her, and called her little sis. After leaving her though, Opal grabbed one of them and asked, "How did you guys know?" The huge man looked at her amused as he admitted, "The sorcerer came and found out who you'd been being nice too. And when he heard we'd been on the same shifts with that asshole when you came around, he talked to us."
