It had been four weeks since the ball and the investigation and trial were completely done. We are to go to the council’s office today for the judgment. Talk about efficiency. Jerry had said that we have a tight case and he was sure about the outcome.
Well, the evidence says it all.
For the past few weeks, I was still confined inside the palace and even if I have to go out to the garden, a palace guard had to be with me. Jerry’s orders.
“It’s just a precaution, baby.” He said after planting a kiss on my lips.
He knew how I liked to be kissed. That kiss was to keep me calm and not get mad at him. And it worked at that time.
I know he was thinking about the day that Jayden had got passed through the palace guards.
