I stood there watching and listening, my heart fluttered in m y chest, at how Rafe was defending me. He wasted no time putting them in their place, and seeing his mother do the same. I know Damien stepped up as soon as they spouted off, but it was his job, Then when the Luna came, and she jumped right in there with Rafe, how she issued out punishment and then looked right at me and apologized. I think my heart couldnt hurt anymore, I could see it in her eyes, she was still blaming herself for what happened. But it wasnt her or anyone's fault, it was Trinity's, and how she decided to treat me, no one here made her do it, and I know they keep saying they should have checked on me and all that, but they have a pack to run.
I get it, they are busy, I do not hold it agasint them.
