I felt like I was losing my mind. What Beta could say that they singlehandedly lost not just their Alpha but also their Luna in less than a twelve-hour time span? I felt like pulling my hair out. I had tried everything I could think of to locate them but never heard anything back. For all I knew, my Alpha had gone feral from losing his mate, making him rogue. As for my Luna, I didn't even know where to begin. She didn't seem as lost as Darius was, but I also didn't have much time with her to even gauge how bad off she was. If neither of them returned, I don't know what I'd do.
