"Alright, girls, let's go," I said as I opened the back seat of the car and gestured for Stephanie and Jessica to get in. I was going to drop Stephanie off at home before Jessica and I went on our honeymoon. Once they were in the car, I locked the doors and got into the driver's seat. I fastened my seatbelt, started the engine, and began to drive away from the church.
As I rounded the corner, I spotted my son. He gave me a knowing smile, and I smirked back, understanding that the game was on.
I drove the car out of the church parking lot and onto the road, heading to my predetermined location. Glancing at the rearview mirror, I noticed Jessica was busy with her phone while Stephanie seemed lost in her own thoughts.
