Alexa hurried towards the bathroom and stood in front of the sink, looking at herself in the mirror with horror. She let the water heat up while she brushed her teeth and got out of her clothes. Standing in the shower she washed off all the dirt from the island. She scrubbed herself a couple of times making sure to get there was nothing left. The warmth of the water felt relaxing and erased all the cold excuses for a bath she took by the waterfall.
She heard Damon in the bathroom, He was probably doing the same as she did before she got into the shower. She squeezed out a blob from the shampoo bottle and ran it through her long silky hair. The door behind her opened and closed. Damon put his head under the water and washed his face.
