Daisy’s POV We turned and walked towards the packhouse. When we got to the entrance, I turned to Luna Skyla. “Thank you,” I whispered. “For everything.” She smiled warmly. “You’re welcome, Daisy. Go up to your room and rest.” I nodded, forcing a smile of my own. “I will.” I waited for her to go in before going upstairs to my room, the familiar scent of my body wash offering a small comfort in the midst of the turmoil.
