I wake up in a dream state floating through the air. I see the full moon and several stars as I feel my body float to the forest floor. I know where I’m at as soon as my body lands. I am in the Moon Goddess’s realm. I don’t know what has happened, but I do know that the pain in my chest is unbearable. What happened? Why does it hurt so bad?
When my body finally hits the ground, I slowly sit up and look around. I feel the tears spring to my eyes as I remember what all has happened. Why would she do this to me? Why would she give me something so precious and then take it away? I bite my lower lip as it starts to tremble. I don’t have time to wallow in self pity. I need to get myself pulled together and go find this goddess so we can have a chat.
