Five Years Later: I smile as we pack our bags to head home for the holidays. This year is Max’s turn to host our family get together and I can’t wait to be home. I haven’t been home to Alabama in almost three years. We went the first year Max was the alpha of Blue Moon pack, but since then, we haven’t been able to get away from our pack long enough. I sigh as I push down on the top of my suitcase with all of my clothes, jewelry, shoes, and toiletries piled high into it. Max will never know just how much work goes in to taking my family over three thousand miles from home. I groan as I hear Cameron rush down the hallway after his little sister, Ella. I shake my head as their giggles and squeals fill the whole pack house. It makes me wonder if we were like that when we were younger. As
