After I cut the mind link with Andrew, I sigh and start making my way to the front steps of the pack house. I know that me going behind his back to do this was wrong, but I also know that I have truly been able to establish some type of peace as well. I nod to Logan who grabs Ashley and the three of us start heading down stairs.
“How did Alpha Andrew take it?” Logan is at my right shoulder as we are walking to the elevator.
I sigh and shake my head slowly. “I’m not too sure, but I do know that this is for the best. Our people need to know that peace is here and that we don’t have to worry about an impending war with our neighbors.”
