I watch as Andrew lowers his head slowly. He shakes his head and looks down at his feet. “If I tell you what happened, are you going to reject me?”
I feel a sharp pain shoot through my heart. I shake my head hard. “No! I won’t reject you over something like that… You didn’t reject me…”
Andrew nods his head and makes his way slowly to the bed. He sits down on the edge and sighs as I feel the springs sink beneath his weight.
