God, he is the most self absorbed, argumentative, infuriating man I have ever had the misfortune to work with! Kane f.ucking Grimfield, the man who seems to have been put on this earth for the sole purpose of making my life unbearable.
He always comes in here on the offensive, stone walling me, making out like I’m being some kind of dictator on a power trip. I’m not! Does he think I LIKE being the bad guy? That I want to run around after a bunch of grown men, wiping their noses for them? This is literally my job! To protect the team, to protect HIM! Events organised without the team’s approval is not taken lightly by the higher ups, they are protective of their image and those of their players. Things can and do go wrong, that’s why we have this department in the first place
