As I sit beside Rory, I nibble distractedly on the pretzel in my hand, my attention glued to the ice, though I can barely keep up with what is happening. I’ll be honest, despite working for the team for a few years, I know very little about the sport and can count on the fingers of one hand, how many games I’ve attended. Those games were always in the owner’s box though and more about networking than watching the action below. This is the first time I’ve been in the arena with the fans actively watching the game.
